Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes, instantly, in both directions. We pro-rate on the day, with no calls and no forms. The new plan's rates apply to shipments processed from the switch onwards.
What happens if I go over my included shipments?
Nothing breaks: you keep shipping. Extra parcels are billed at your plan's per-shipment rate on the next invoice. We warn you at 80%, 100% and 120%.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee on the free plan, Hajime, Nagare or Kiwa. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are paid upfront at 15% off. Mugen comes with a master agreement negotiated with your legal team.
Do I have to use your carrier rates?
No. From the Nagare plan, you can plug in your own carrier accounts, as 41% of our customers do. Otherwise, our rates are constantly renegotiated to stay the best on the market, and usually beat what a brand shipping under 2,000 parcels a month can get alone.
How long does migration take?
From 15 minutes (Hajime, Shopify) to 2 weeks (Kiwa, custom stack). Our team imports your shipment history, customer data and carrier accounts for free, and you keep shipping the whole time.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union (Paris, Frankfurt) by default, and in the United States (Virginia, Oregon) for US customers. Mugen customers can request a specific region or a VPC deployment on AWS, GCP or Azure.
Can I take just one feature, returns for example?
You can, but the plan stays the same. Delibari is built as one system: the returns portal knows what the inbox knows, which knows what the carrier told us.
