What is Delibari?
Delibari is an e-commerce shipping and logistics software platform. It compares and continuously renegotiates rates with more than 40 carriers to offer the best prices on the market, generates labels and customs documents, and provides a tracking page, a returns portal and an AI-assisted customer inbox, all in your brand's colours.
Which brands is Delibari for?
Premium direct-to-consumer brands: fashion, leather goods, home and design, publishing and art. Businesses shipping from a few hundred to tens of thousands of parcels a month, for whom the post-purchase experience is part of the brand.
How does Delibari get the best rates?
We negotiate constantly with more than 40 carriers, on behalf of every brand on the platform. Our goal is to give you the best prices on the market: our rates usually beat what a brand shipping under 2,000 parcels a month can get alone, and every shipment is compared to go out at the best price.
Which carriers are available?
More than 40 carriers, including UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, J&T Express and SF Express. You can use Delibari's negotiated rates and, from the Nagare plan, your own contracts.
Can I run Delibari from my own AI agent?
Yes. Delibari has an MCP server (Model Context Protocol): your AI or agents, such as Dots, Hermes or Claude Cowork, can compare rates, create shipments, track parcels, handle returns and reply to customers, with the permissions you grant them.
Does Delibari work with Shopify?
Yes. The native Shopify app is available, as is the Adobe Commerce (Magento) connector and a REST API. WooCommerce and PrestaShop are in progress.
Do you provide boxes and labels?
Yes. Delibari provides everyday shipping supplies for free: boxes, adhesive envelopes, thermal label rolls and packing tape.
How much does Delibari cost?
Four plans. Billed annually: Hajime €23 per month, Nagare €72, Kiwa €153 and Mugen €395. Monthly with no commitment: €27, €85, €187 and €465. No setup fee on Hajime, Nagare and Kiwa.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, across two active regions in Paris and Frankfurt. No data leaves the EU without your consent.
How long does it take to get started?
Setup takes 15 minutes on average, and migration from your current tool is free.
